anyone logging resting heart rate on this
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me, i have it written down somewhere
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind
appetite suppression at 0.5 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point
quick one there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists
anyone stayed at 2.5 for months rather than climbing
my resting rate went up 5 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 4
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
mine went up too
triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history
anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate
low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
glucagon is the new bit
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two
research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing
TRIUMPH is phase 3
the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me
appetite suppression at 10 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point, i have it written down somewhere
low and slow
did anyone come off because of the heart rate
watching my heart rate
[edited]i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
lost 46kg over 11 months at doses well under what the trials used
triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right
settled by month three
is the phase 2 dosing anywhere near what people here run
[edited]my resting heart rate is up about 2 bpm, did that settle for anyone
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect, anyway
cant feel it honestly
stopped for 17 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time, ymmv
logging rhr daily
came off at 3 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
research use only
no long term data
smaller steps here
how long before people saw the first change at 15
