the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect
mine went up too
research use only
triple agonist yeah
i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps, thats one data point
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history
watching my heart rate
people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two, we shall see
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me
reconstituted the 30 vial to 2.5mg/ml specifically so i could take 2.5 without measuring crumbs
held at 10 for 15 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind
Reminder set. I will post here in 7 days.
the glucagon arm is the mechanistic story for extra energy expenditure and its still a story to me
glucagon is the new bit
settled by month three
[edited]came off at 3 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
smaller steps here
sat at 7.5 for 9 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up
does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated
im at 1 and the appetite effect is stronger than i expected, normal
PeptideMeter came back 97.4 on one lot and 98.6 on the next from the same SSA, both fine, ymmv
i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch
[edited]cant feel it honestly
how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer
