Highlights from this day
  • VialBot — Inter-lab diff for lot A-2418: 98.1% vs 99.4%. Within expected range. 19:04
  • no_appetite_nia — GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived 19:59
  • bea_reconstitutes — people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two, ill dig out the number 21:11
  • triumph_watch — triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history 21:17
  • triumph_watch — how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer 21:52

phase 2 only

no long term data

CS

the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan

LU

stepping in 1 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again

LU

stopped for 1 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time

cant feel it honestly

lost 15kg over 13 months at doses well under what the trials used, n of 1 obviously

triple agonist meaning GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, have i got that right

LU

VendorInvestigate came back 98.1 on one lot and 97.4 on the next from the same GL Biochem, both fine

NA

came off at 21 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it

GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived

SO

i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind, from memory

SO

coming back to this anyone reconstituting 30 vials to 2.5 so the steps come out smaller

BS

nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is

right so TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule

[edited]

*PeptideMeter not the other one

no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data, take that with a pinch of salt

sat at 15 for 9 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up

BR

slightly off topic but whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2

48 weeks, dose-ranging. A Phase 2 result is not a safety record.

TW

how do people square the research use only framing with logging their own use

BS

there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here

TW

triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history

TW

reconstituted the 30 vial to 10mg/ml specifically so i could take 2 without measuring crumbs, anyway

did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers

buying this is a completely different risk conversation from the licensed compounds and that gets said too rarely

while im here does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel

BS

appetite suppression at 0.25 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point

TW

how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer

baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)

triple agonist yeah

NA

ok so my resting rate went up 6 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 11, for what its worth
came off at 23 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it

TW

i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch
