Highlights from this day
  • two_ml_two — VendorInvestigate came back 97.4 on one lot and 99 on the next from the same SWB, both fine 18:19
  • tenpence — right so people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two 19:16
  • tokyo_taper — ok so anyone stayed at 2 for months rather than climbing 20:40
  • tokyo_taper — while im here stepping in 1.7 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again 21:22
TT

reconstituted the 30 vial to 8mg/ml specifically so i could take 1 without measuring crumbs

watching my heart rate

NN

is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope

[edited]
LM

right so anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate

[edited]
TM

nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is

NN

GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived, we shall see

TM

does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel

BB

right so stopped for 12 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time

👀2🤝10🧊1

i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind

KM

coming back to this the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial, take that with a pinch of salt

energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me, thats one data point

TE

right so people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two

baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)
💀18📈5⚠️2

phase 2 only

TE

triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history, thats one data point

📈12

whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way

no long term data

research use only is on every vial and i treat it as exactly that, nobody here is prescribing
the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting

KM

phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual

TT

whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2

KM

anyone reconstituting 15 vials to 4 so the steps come out smaller

👍1🔥1
KM

phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan

did the phase 2 result actually come in higher than the tirzepatide numbers

baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66

ok so anyone stayed at 2 for months rather than climbing

💀3📈17

the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
came off at 3 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it

while im here stepping in 1.7 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again

AA

back after 2 months, has anything actually been published since

KM

how long before people saw the first change at 2
phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan

triple agonist yeah

smaller steps here

anyone logging resting heart rate on this
