stepping in 7.5 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
GI was about the same as tirzepatide for me, the difference was how fast it arrived
nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is
the half life supports weekly dosing and thats what ive done from the start, someone check my working
low and slow
phase 2 only
anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me
anyone logging resting heart rate on this
anyone reconstituting 5 vials to 2.5 so the steps come out smaller
i was wrong to call the heart rate a non issue last year, enough people logged it that i changed my mind
update on the earlier thing anyone compared their VendorInvestigate purity across two different WXT lots
triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history
right so is the phase 2 dosing anywhere near what people here run
TRIUMPH is phase 3
sat at 5 for 4 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up, from memory
did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end
low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom, ymmv
TRIUMPH is the phase 3 programme, thats the name to search rather than the molecule
