is there any long term safety data at all or is it phase 2 and hope

- noct.titrate — the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does 19:08
- low_and_slow — reconstituted the 2 vial to 4mg/ml specifically so i could take 7.5 without measuring crumbs i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped… 19:15
- tb500_tobias — anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate 20:16
my resting rate went up 3 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 14
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
there is no long term safety data, phase 2 and an ongoing phase 3 programme is what exists, not advice obviously
my resting heart rate is up about 6 bpm, did that settle for anyone
i said 9 months ago that my heart rate had settled and it has stayed settled since
low and slow
triple agonist yeah
stopped for 2 months and restarted at half my old dose, the ramp was easier second time
research use only
blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect
update on the earlier thing held at 2 for 21 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain
Reminder set. I will post here in 9 days.
quick one i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
whats a sensible starting point, im seeing everything from 0.5 to 2
slightly off topic but whats the half life like, is it weekly the same way
the purity spread across lots worries me more than the molecule does
baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)reconstituted the 2 vial to 4mg/ml specifically so i could take 7.5 without measuring crumbs
i went up too fast, got a fortnight of nothing but nausea, and dropped back two steps
is the GI worse than tirzepatide or about the same
cant feel it honestly
glucagon is the new bit
sat at 2 for 5 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up
no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data, thats just me
came off at 25 weeks because my resting rate stayed elevated and i didnt like it
settled by month three
does the energy expenditure claim show up as anything you can feel
anyone tracking blood pressure alongside the heart rate
phase 2 doses are published and theyre not far off what people here run, coincidence rather than plan, ymmv
phase 2 only
no long term data
genuine question nobody should read my log as a plan, im recording what i did and thats all it is
did anyone come off because of the heart rate
phase 2 was still trending at the end which is why the phase 3 readout matters more than usual
the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial
low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom
energy expenditure isnt something i could feel, though my sleep tracker disagreed with me
slightly off topic but stepping in 7.5 increments instead of doubling is the only thing i would change if i started again
appetite suppression at 2 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point, we shall see
i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch
triple agonist, GLP-1 and GIP and glucagon. the glucagon arm is the part with no long history
anyone gone above 12 and what changed
Reminder set. I will post here in 3 days.
the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting
[edited]does the glucagon arm explain the heart rate or is that unrelated
is TRIUMPH the phase 3 programme
how slow is low and slow here, four weeks a step or longer
[edited]how long before people saw the first change at 7.5
