PM

sat at 1 for 2 months rather than climbing and it kept working, so i never went up

the heart rate thing is real enough that i mention it whenever someone asks about starting

TT

for the archive is TRIUMPH the phase 3 programme

baseline 58
wk 2 61
wk 4 64
wk 6 67
wk 8 66
wk 10 65 (held dose from wk 7)

did the phase 2 plateau or was it still moving at the end

the phase 2 weight result was larger than what the earlier agonists reported, in a smaller shorter trial

lost 42kg over 13 months at doses well under what the trials used

i log resting heart rate every morning because of this and its the one number i actually watch

low and slow

smaller steps here

settled by month three

right so no idea whether the heart rate settles for everyone, mine did and one log isnt data, thats just me

low and slow here means smaller steps than i ever used on tirzepatide, thats the received wisdom

RL

blood pressure stayed flat for me while heart rate moved, which i didnt expect

people insist on small steps because the side effects arrive faster than on the other two

anyone gone above 5 and what changed

👀31
RL

my resting rate went up 6 bpm in the first month and came back most of the way by month 21

BS

appetite suppression at 2.4 was stronger than my tirzepatide experience at a comparable point, someone check my working

💀1❤️1

how long before people saw the first change at 0.5

TT

held at 15 for 22 months and it never plateaued for me, which i cant explain

the honest position is this has less human evidence behind it than anything else discussed here
