Highlights from this day
  • noct.titrate — licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose 19:43
  • protein_floor — the plateau hit me at 9 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change, not advice obviously 20:35
  • marrow.mod — my 30 vial in 1.5ml gives 5mg/ml so 5 lands on 8 units, thats why i picked that volume 21:38
  • marrow.mod — five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt 21:39
SS

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

SELECT wasnt weight

SB

held at 1 and lost 24lb over 13 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

💀5🎉1

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

SB

while im here was STEP 4 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up

MM

does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four

same dose day

NT

brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

TF

lost about 7kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me, someone check my working

TF

$120 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials

vials not pens here

PF

update on the earlier thing the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure

the plateau hit me at 9 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change, not advice obviously

🔥18

plateaus move

👀1📈4

does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker

not the same trial

i stayed on 1.7 for 19 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

SS

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

[edited]

went too fast once

MM

PF

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

AO

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels

MM

follow up i held at 2.4 for 6 months and it was the best decision i made, from memory
