Highlights from this day
  • subq_sy — moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me, for what its worth 21:43
  • subq_sy — my VendorInvestigate report on the BCH vial came back 99.4 against a certificate saying 99 21:49
  • coa_or_cope — back after 5 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher 22:32

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that, happy to be corrected

SS

how long did the first 19kg take for people at the low doses

thats STEP 1

is the plateau at 24 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers

CO

my 15 vial in 2.5ml gives 2mg/ml so 1.7 lands on 8 units, thats why i picked that volume

did anyone hold at 2.5 longer than four weeks before going up

coming back to this compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2.5, which is one person and nothing more, i could be wrong

SV

i held at 5 for 2 months and it was the best decision i made

quick one is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

CO

ok so is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

CO

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

UU

the plateau hit me at 32 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

UU

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure

SS

slightly off topic but lost about 20kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me, for what its worth

wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mg
SS

my VendorInvestigate report on the BCH vial came back 99.4 against a certificate saying 99

SS

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down

does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four

slower worked better

seven days ish

RS

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

back after 5 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher

CO

SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

mine faded too

PS

restarted after 10 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time

PS

€120 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials

FA

follow up anyone gone from 10 straight to 5 or is that too big a jump
