FF

back after 17 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher

steady state takes weeks

A1

SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

quick one going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

FF

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip
STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

TW

update on the earlier thing licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

did anybody find a difference between ERP and pharmacy at the same 15

my 30 vial in 2ml gives 10mg/ml so 2 lands on 15 units, thats why i picked that volume

RR

the appetite effect faded for me around 4 months and going up fixed it for a while

RR

does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

A1

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure

my Janoshik report on the WWB vial came back 98.1 against a certificate saying 98.6

give it four weeks

im 22 months in at 0.5 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing

is the plateau at 27 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

WT

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

WT

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels, anyway

MM

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

MP

STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers

MM

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 0.25, which is one person and nothing more

same dose day

the plateau hit me at 12 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change, n of 1 obviously

⚠️4👍1😂1
MP

what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

went too fast once
