held at 10 and lost 102lb over 22 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
#semaglutide 2025-04-17
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip
€240 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
slower worked better
my 20 vial in 1.5ml gives 5mg/ml so 10 lands on 8 units, thats why i picked that volume
same dose day
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it, i have it written down somewhere
i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
[edited]my Janoshik report on the ERP vial came back 97.4 against a certificate saying 99.2
vials not pens here
[edited]i stayed on 1.7 for 19 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
did anyone hold at 7.5 longer than four weeks before going up
Reminder set. I will post here in 3 days.
im at 15 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
genuine question the appetite effect faded for me around 5 months and going up fixed it for a while, for what its worth
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
[edited]wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mgmy dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything
slightly off topic but did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
back after 19 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
[edited]STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
quick one STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
give it four weeks
restarted after 22 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 1.7, which is one person and nothing more
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
mine faded too
anyone gone from 0.25 straight to 0.5 or is that too big a jump
Inter-lab diff for lot KP-0925: 99.4% vs 98.6%. Within expected range.
coming back to this how many weeks before you noticed anything at 0.25
is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
*Medutest not the other one
whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
*PeptideMeter not the other one
anyone compared their 2.5 vial dosing against the pen increments
sorry to jump in did anybody find a difference between MKM and pharmacy at the same 1
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
