my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

- void_volume — coming back to this the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing 21:23
- void_volume — SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember,… 21:24
- half_life_hal — how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7 21:46
- HPLC_Hank — did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go 23:39
held there too
what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything
i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
the appetite effect faded for me around 16 months and going up fixed it for a while
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
22 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
anyone compared their 4 vial dosing against the pen increments
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
thats STEP 1
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
anyone gone from 0.25 straight to 0.5 or is that too big a jump
restarted after 5 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
$185 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
steady state takes weeks
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
is the plateau at 17 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life
not the same trial
plateaus move
went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
coming back to this the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it, take that with a pinch of salt
the plateau hit me at 3 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
i held at 1 for 8 months and it was the best decision i made
seven days ish
give it four weeks
how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7
wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mgmine faded too
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
ok so my PeptideMeter report on the TFC vial came back 97.4 against a certificate saying 99
back after 17 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
for the archive compounded and brand felt the same to me at 5, which is one person and nothing more
brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
did anyone hold at 7.5 longer than four weeks before going up
did anybody find a difference between SSA and pharmacy at the same 2
did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed
right so lost about 7kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me, from memory
same dose day
STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
my 20 vial in 3ml gives 5mg/ml so 2.5 lands on 50 units, thats why i picked that volume
went too fast once
did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
