what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything
i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication
the appetite effect faded for me around 16 months and going up fixed it for a while

half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
22 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it, take that with a pinch of salt
the plateau hit me at 3 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
i held at 1 for 8 months and it was the best decision i made

my 20 vial in 3ml gives 5mg/ml so 2.5 lands on 50 units, thats why i picked that volume
