moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

🧊5❤️10

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

KF

the appetite effect faded for me around 7 months and going up fixed it for a while

GG

sorry to jump in my 30 vial in 1ml gives 2.5mg/ml so 10 lands on 12 units, thats why i picked that volume

my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

steady state takes weeks

VB

Digest for the week of 2025-01-28 has been published.

what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

GG

did anybody find a difference between BCH and pharmacy at the same 2.4

KF

right so is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

AN

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping, not advice obviously

KF

brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel

17 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
