  • VialBot — Reminder set. I will post here in 8 days. 20:07
  • area_percent — my 2 vial in 1ml gives 10mg/ml so 2.5 lands on 15 units, thats why i picked that volume 20:15

MC

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

MC

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step, ymmv

VB

Reminder set. I will post here in 8 days.

was SURPASS-2 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up

AP

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong, ymmv

[edited]

sorry to jump in is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4

AP

does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life

AP

did anyone hold at 0.25 longer than four weeks before going up
the appetite effect faded for me around 1 months and going up fixed it for a while

what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

held at 12 and lost 88lb over 19 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

PM

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

HL

is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

HL

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that, someone check my working

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7
£240 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials

did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed

PM

the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

HL

my VendorInvestigate report on the MKM vial came back 97.4 against a certificate saying 99.4

HL

did anybody find a difference between TFC and pharmacy at the same 2.5

PM

going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
