🧊2😂12⚠️17

going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

same dose day

GG

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

TW

anyone compared their 4 vial dosing against the pen increments

not the same trial

how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7

plateaus move

give it four weeks

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
i stayed on 1.7 for 23 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

PP

for the archive SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial, for what its worth

SO

moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

BD

is the plateau at 28 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mg
VB

New independent result logged — QSC, lot SG-1177, purity 99.2% (Medutest).

BD

my Janoshik report on the SGN vial came back 97.4 against a certificate saying 99.4

TT

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

GG

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip, i have it written down somewhere

slightly off topic but FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

vials not pens here

held there too

FU

does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker

🔥11❤️17
SO

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

TT

sorry to jump in my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

BD

sorry to jump in i stayed on 1.7 for 17 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

TT

did anybody find a difference between CPC and pharmacy at the same 10
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem

TT

restarted after 8 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time

BD

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

BD

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down

what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

HH

my 20 vial in 1ml gives 2.5mg/ml so 1 lands on 8 units, thats why i picked that volume
held at 0.25 and lost 103lb over 16 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

TT

right so did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
