ok so steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing

- lipase_lore — FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure 22:34
- nordic_price_nils — back after 13 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher my Medutest report on the QSC vial came back 99.4 against a certificate saying 99 22:44

what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything
thats STEP 1
FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
give it four weeks
plateaus move
$94 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials, someone check my working
held there too
i stayed on 1.7 for 21 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
back after 13 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
my Medutest report on the QSC vial came back 99.4 against a certificate saying 99
how many weeks before you noticed anything at 10
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
seven days ish
my 20 vial in 5ml gives 2mg/ml so 1 lands on 15 units, thats why i picked that volume, your mileage will differ
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
did anyone hold at 5 longer than four weeks before going up
is 2.4 the top or do people go past it
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose, someone check my working
did anybody find a difference between Homopeptide and pharmacy at the same 12
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that, thats just me
SELECT wasnt weight
was SURMOUNT-OSA the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
unrelated but brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed
SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial
vials not pens here
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
slower worked better
STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
went too fast once
steady state takes weeks
[edited]STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
restarted after 8 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
2.4 is the ceiling
same dose day
my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
not the same trial
im at 2.4 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
