coming back to this my VendorInvestigate report on the QYB vial came back 98.1 against a certificate saying 99

- shame_and_meds — vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong 03:13
- VialBot — Inter-lab diff for lot A-2601: 98.6% vs 99.2%. Within expected range. 04:25
- snac_and_water — compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2.5, which is one person and nothing more 04:57
- snac_and_water — 17 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half 08:20
- surpass_two — steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing, take that with a pinch of salt 09:21
the plateau hit me at 13 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
went too fast once
held at 0.25 and lost 87lb over 25 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
did anyone hold at 12 longer than four weeks before going up
sorry to jump in does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker
slightly off topic but half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
*PeptideMeter not the other one
2.4 is the ceiling
anyone gone from 12 straight to 2.5 or is that too big a jump
[edited]Inter-lab diff for lot A-2601: 98.6% vs 99.2%. Within expected range.
for the archive was SURPASS-2 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
mine faded too
how long did the first 22kg take for people at the low doses
does the licensed ceiling for weight differ from the diabetes one
plateaus move
is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4
compounded and brand felt the same to me at 2.5, which is one person and nothing more
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me, n of 1 obviously
vials not pens here
thats STEP 1
held there too
im at 7.5 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
slightly off topic but back after 9 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
ok so i held at 12 for 3 months and it was the best decision i made
anyone compared their 4 vial dosing against the pen increments
the appetite effect faded for me around 13 months and going up fixed it for a while
17 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
same dose day
is the plateau at 29 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
im 19 months in at 0.5 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
restarted after 8 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
lost about 10kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing, take that with a pinch of salt
i stayed on 1.7 for 20 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
