Highlights from this day
  • baseline_drift — five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt 22:31
  • two_four_ceiling — slightly off topic but STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping 23:01
  • dog_person_dev — my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything 23:11
  • reta_resting_hr — how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7 23:21
  • half_life_hal — anyone compared their 8 vial dosing against the pen increments 23:40
RR

sorry to jump in going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing

EE

my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem

did anyone hold at 10 longer than four weeks before going up

is the plateau at 31 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

PN

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels

🧊1

vials not pens here

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 1.7, which is one person and nothing more

TT

20 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

BD

held at 12 and lost 29lb over 15 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

sorry to jump in i stayed on 1.7 for 16 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

TT

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters, thats just me

did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go

SELECT wasnt weight

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

while im here back after 20 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher

went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step

EE

sorry to jump in the plateau hit me at 22 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

EE

STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers

thats STEP 1

slightly off topic but STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

did anybody find a difference between CPC and pharmacy at the same 2.4

my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

quick one moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me

HL

went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down

HL

the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

mine faded too

does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four

same dose day

anyone compared their 8 vial dosing against the pen increments

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

went too fast once
