- swirl_not_shake — changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels, ill dig out the number 21:23
- swirl_not_shake — is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping 21:50
- vial_ledger — went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step, i have it written down somewhere 22:20
- vial_ledger — quick one my 5 vial in 1ml gives 2.5mg/ml so 12 lands on 40 units, thats why i picked that volume, your mileage will differ 22:22

brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
thats STEP 1
slightly off topic but i held at 12 for 4 months and it was the best decision i made, i have it written down somewhere

sorry to jump in vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
same dose day
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that
