Highlights from this day
  • nausea_window — i stayed on 1.7 for 25 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it 18:08
  • nausea_window — lost about 4kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me 18:10
  • turnaround_tam — STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it, i have it written down somewhere 18:53
  • vial_ledger — is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping 19:59

ST

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

my 30 vial in 1ml gives 2.5mg/ml so 1 lands on 20 units, thats why i picked that volume

i held at 12 for 9 months and it was the best decision i made

went too fast once

thats STEP 1

TT

restarted after 8 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time

im 18 months in at 5 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing

TT

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

TT

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it, i have it written down somewhere

AN

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

TT

while im here what did SELECT actually measure, i see it quoted for everything

TT

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

ST

follow up the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

A1

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

VL

is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

TW

update on the earlier thing half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose

held there too

AN

4 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

AN

vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong

AN

follow up held at 1 and lost 19lb over 4 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

LM

is the plateau at 14 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong

LM

my Janoshik report on the MKM vial came back 99.2 against a certificate saying 97.4
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution

LM

my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem

2.4 is the ceiling
