i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication, n of 1 obviously

- moss_maintains — 6 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half 21:14

ok so went to 2.4 and the extra suppression wasnt worth the GI for me, so i came back down
moving my dose day by a day or two never did anything noticeable for me
my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything
did anybody find a difference between Homopeptide and pharmacy at the same 5
did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing
my Medutest report on the HJ vial came back 97.4 against a certificate saying 99.4
does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life
vials not pens here
the plateau hit me at 24 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
im 16 months in at 2.4 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing
im at 5 and stuck, did anyone break a plateau without going up
i stayed on 1.7 for 13 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
plateaus move
FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure, still working it out
Recon calculator: 20mg in 2ml = 8mg/ml.
slower worked better
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
how many weeks before you noticed anything at 2.4
[edited]does anyone actually run a five week step instead of four
[edited]lost about 47kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me
the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing
thats STEP 1
is 2.4 the top or do people go past it
update on the earlier thing whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers
mine faded too
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
2.4 is the ceiling
how long did the first 9kg take for people at the low doses
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
same dose day
held at 2.5 and lost 53lb over 15 months, slower than the trials and fine by me
give it four weeks
held there too
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule
sorry to jump in STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it, thats one data point
quick one is the plateau at 29 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
slightly off topic but restarted after 11 months off at a low dose and the nausea arrived exactly like the first time
i held at 1 for 5 months and it was the best decision i made
the appetite effect faded for me around 2 months and going up fixed it for a while
was SURMOUNT-OSA the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
6 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half
my 30 vial in 5ml gives 10mg/ml so 2.4 lands on 5 units, thats why i picked that volume, thats one data point
STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
held there too
quick one SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose
how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7
£94 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
anyone gone from 0.5 straight to 0.25 or is that too big a jump
STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers
