- orfor_watch — 22 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half 18:13
- half_life_hal — my Janoshik report on the GL Biochem vial came back 99.2 against a certificate saying 98.1 18:37
- half_life_hal — was STEP 1 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up 18:47
- sasha_stacks — vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong 19:17
vials not pens here
steady state takes weeks
is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping
if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule, someone check my working
anyone compared their 4 vial dosing against the pen increments
my Janoshik report on the GL Biochem vial came back 99.2 against a certificate saying 98.1
was STEP 1 the one that ran to 68 weeks or am i mixing them up
thats STEP 1
slightly off topic but is 2.4 the top or do people go past it
five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt
update on the earlier thing did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong
is the plateau at 25 weeks normal or am i doing something wrong
how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week
going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
slower worked better
quick one my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
update on the earlier thing £38 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials
i stayed on 1.7 for 13 months and never went to 2.4, appetite was already where i needed it
STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping
mine faded too
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that, ask me again in a month
my 15 vial in 1ml gives 2mg/ml so 7.5 lands on 40 units, thats why i picked that volume, still working it out
steady state is the bit people skip, judging a new dose after eight days tells you almost nothing, i think
seven days ish
for the archive back after 6 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher
does the seven day half life mean the last two days are weaker
the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip
my plateau was the scale stopping while appetite stayed suppressed, which is a different problem
same dose day
how many weeks before you noticed anything at 7.5
the plateau hit me at 6 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change
give it four weeks
FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure
dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels
licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose
went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step
SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial
