- juno_joins — is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4, asking because two people told me different things — and has anyone compared how they felt at week 18… 19:10
trial pedantry, sorry is there a reason the ladder is four weeks per step rather than three or six — and anyone compared their 2 vial dosing against the pen increments
on the ladder as tolerability again SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial, over sixty eight weeks in the study
[edited]going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution
about the STEP numbers i logged nausea as a score out of five and the pattern became obvious in a way the words never managed, the food noise thing is not on any label

held at 0.25 and lost 66lb over 14 months, slower than the trials and fine by me, i held at 2.4 for months
from three years of notes did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go
food noise, yeah
small correction to what i said earlier the difference between my best week and my worst week at one dose is bigger than any step change i ever made, the trial schedule was about tolerability. food noise, yeah
flat fortnight
FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure, not medical advice
oof, day six fade for me too
small correction to what i said earlier did anyone find the effect landed on a different day of the week as they went up
trial reading a hold is a decision. holding at 0.5 for six months because it works is not failing to progress. day six fade for me too
is there a reason to hold at 1.7 rather than going to 2.4, asking because two people told me different things — and has anyone compared how they felt at week 18 against their notes from week 9
the top dose is not a target. plenty of people here sit at 1mg indefinitely and are perfectly happy, day six fade, for some people
the trials measured what they measured, in who they enrolled. this channel is not a trial population, holding is still a decision
anyone at the top dose for over a year and still finding it works, writing this up so want it right
