i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

wk 1-4 0.25mg
wk 5-10 0.50mg (held 2 extra weeks)
wk 11-14 1.00mg
wk 15-26 1.70mg (held, long)
wk 27+ 2.40mg

€120 a month for compounded against what brand costs locally is why most people here use vials, anyway
i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

my Janoshik report on the FGP vial came back 97.4 against a certificate saying 98.1

how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7

🧪2

the plateau hit me at 27 weeks and moved again about a month later without a dose change

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

update on the earlier thing how long till steady state, ive read the half life is about a week

thats STEP 1

EE

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

EE

whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 12, which is one person and nothing more

VB

Digest for the week of 2026-03-10 has been published.

if youre comparing brand to compounded, dose accuracy in the vial is the variable, not the molecule

SS

changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels

EE

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that, someone check my working

EE

is the plateau usually appetite coming back or just the scale stopping

📈3🧊8

i held at 12 for 9 months and it was the best decision i made

JJ

the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

EE

while im here SELECT was cardiovascular outcomes in people with overweight and existing disease, not a weight trial

⚠️3
SS

did anyone hold at 1 longer than four weeks before going up

STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping

mine faded too

SS

did the STEP 4 withdrawal arm show what i think it showed

[edited]

went too fast once

JJ

im 21 months in at 0.5 and the appetite effect faded, is that a thing

how many weeks before you noticed anything at 0.25

OW

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters
