Highlights from this day
  • VialBot — New independent result logged — SSA, lot F-1330, purity 98.6% (VendorInvestigate). 21:27
  • factory_direct_fi — going slow cost me nothing except time and saved me two bad weeks, thats my whole contribution 21:36
  • redefine_ren — STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it, we shall see 22:05
  • noct.titrate — whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers 22:23
  • noct.titrate — my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything 23:13
TO

i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose

the appetite effect faded for me around 25 months and going up fixed it for a while

TE

i dont think the plateau is a dose problem most of the time, but i cant prove that

FD

9 months at 2.4 and the honest summary is diminishing returns after the first half

ST

FLOW was the kidney outcomes trial and it gets quoted in here for things it didnt measure, still working it out

SELECT wasnt weight

FD

how many weeks before you noticed anything at 5
i was wrong about the ceiling for a year, i thought 3 existed. it doesnt for the weight indication

held at 7.5 and lost 40lb over 22 months, slower than the trials and fine by me

sorry to jump in STEP 1 ran to 68 weeks. thats the one everyone half remembers

how did people handle the jump from 1 to 1.7

SH

my Medutest report on the Homopeptide vial came back 98.1 against a certificate saying 99.2

FD

dose day is sunday for me only because thats when i remember, not because sunday matters

STEP is several trials, so saying STEP said x is usually wrong without a number after it, we shall see

📉9📈17

lost about 41kg on the low doses before i even got to 1, which surprised me

the trials titrated on a fixed schedule, most people here dont, worth remembering when comparing

TO

how long did the first 42kg take for people at the low doses
half life is about a week so youre roughly four to five weeks to steady state on any new dose

i held at 0.25 for 9 months and it was the best decision i made

NT

whats the actual licensed ceiling, i keep seeing different numbers

SB

five week steps worked better for me than four, purely on how the second week felt

SB

the long half life flattens the trough more than people expect, i never felt a day seven dip

TE

compounded and brand felt the same to me at 0.25, which is one person and nothing more

[edited]

did anyone titrate slower than four weeks a step and how did that go

SB

licensed ceiling for weight is 2.4 weekly, anything above that is not a licensed dose

did anybody find a difference between FGP and pharmacy at the same 7.5

my dose day drifted from friday to sunday, does that reset anything

OW

does moving my dose day by two days matter with a seven day half life

TO

back after 22 months off, do i restart at 0.25 or somewhere higher

brand vs compounded, is there a difference people can actually feel
