changed my mind on the four week rule, i think it depends entirely on how the current dose feels, not a recommendation

VV

some people never feel a fade and some feel it every week, both are in this channel and both are logging honestly, the trial schedule was about tolerability

VV

on the ladder as tolerability again STEP 4 had the withdrawal arm, thats the one people quote when they talk about stopping, plotted over a year

LM

what did people do about the weeks where nothing moved at all

VV

unrelated but i went straight back to my old dose after a six week gap and got floored, so i would restart lower now, not a clinician

tracked this for a while and vial units and pen clicks are different systems, mixing the two is how people end up wrong, research use only

half my plateaus were weeks where i had stopped weighing my food, and i only know that because i checked, that was week 2 for me

LM

the difference between my best week and my worst week at one dose is bigger than any step change i ever made, that was STEP 1

the top dose is not a target. plenty of people here sit at 1mg indefinitely and are perfectly happy

stopping at target without a plan is the single most common regret posted in this channel

LM

when people say week 31 was the turning point, what actually changed, happy to be told to read the pin
