held at 7.5 a long time so the stair step pattern in my own weight chart was invisible until i plotted a year of it

- blank_run — is there a reason the 1.7 step gets talked about so little in here, for my own notes 20:17
the licensed ladder is 0.25 for four weeks, then 0.5, then 1, then 1.7, then 2.4, four weeks at each step
one for the chart people went 1 to 1.7 too fast and spent two weeks regretting it, dropped back and repeated the step, four week average, not weekly
second year update i was wrong about the 1.7 step being pointless, it turned out to be the step that held for me, ask again in a year
i stopped at 1.7 and never found a reason to go higher, and my notes say the same thing three years running

plotting a year of this i went back down a step and the side effects went with it, so for me it was dose linked and not time linked
thats the label
day two here
thats STEP 1
