tracking going dark for a week or ten days at a port is common and resolves on its own most of the time, from memory

be patient with support
split shipments arriving weeks apart is normal and is usually a stock thing, not a customs thing
ask about reship
no wording advice here
| Destination | Median days | Worst logged |
|---|---|---|
| UK | 11 | 34 |
| Germany | 9 | 28 |
| Netherlands | 9 | 22 |
| Canada | 14 | 41 |
| Australia | 13 | 38 |
| Singapore | 6 | 15 |
tracking has been dark for 9 days, at what point do i worry
follow up reship policies vary enormously. WXT honoured one for me without being pushed, which is not universal, take that with a pinch of salt
is it worth paying for a faster service or does customs eat the difference
if you query a missing parcel, be factual and patient. the good suppliers respond to that, i have it written down somewhere
ports do that
cold pack arrived warm after 4 days, does it matter
mine took 26 days
thats the end of it
Purity check: no report on file for lot F-1330. Nothing logged either way.
parcel is sitting at a port with no movement, is that customs or just a port
winter shipping into a cold country risks freezing, which is a different problem from heat and gets discussed less
order in winter
give it another week

postal has been better than courier for me every single time. couriers are more thorough
ok so vat is usually charged on declared value plus shipping, and the handling fee is often more than the vat, ymmv
right so how long is transit to Germany running at the moment
i have lost 8 parcels in three years across a lot of orders. that is the actual rate for me
what does the room consider a normal transit time now
thats normal transit
a liquid cold pack tells you it was above freezing, not that the vial cooked. lyophilised powder is robust
