i log every delivery with route, carrier, days and pack condition. four years in it is genuinely useful

if you query a missing parcel, be factual and patient. the good suppliers respond to that, arrived in perfect condition
arrived today, logging it a seizure letter is usually the end of it. you have lost the parcel and that is almost always the whole consequence, give it five working days before chasing
