eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
my resting heart rate is up about 7 bpm, is that a known thing
a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating
started shedding hair around month 2, does it stop
i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
