eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing
ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 5 or is that just me
site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it
started shedding hair around month 22, does it stop
everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle
taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back
powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
that settles
*that should say weekly
do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through
slightly off topic but nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking
while im here new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation
hiccups. every single time. why
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me
dont push through
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move
if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals
[edited]| Step | What | Give it |
|---|---|---|

| 2 | soluble fibre | 4 days |
| 3 | magnesium | 3 days |
| 4 | stool softener | 3 days |
| 5 | pharmacist | now |

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried
is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea
the burps started at 0.5 and not before, has anyone else had that
[edited]let the swab dry
hope it settles
the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses
fibre before pills
drop a rung
update from 5 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber
i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can, i think
water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order
water first
