Highlights from this day
  • protein_floor — my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline 21:10
  • protein_floor — severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question 21:23
  • van_isle_vial — has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it 21:32
  • protein_floor — ok so dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move 22:16

quick one nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff

the burps started at 15 and not before, has anyone else had that

PF

anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough

unrelated but eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose

the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

ok so dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

RT

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

MW

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption
