i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can, not advice obviously

MP

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

MP

coming back to this water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

HI

it got better for me

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3
