nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

update from 16 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

quick one water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

right so i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

ok so a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

update on the earlier thing magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline
