let the swab dry
day two is the worst
that settles
coming back to this if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast
update from 19 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
it does stop
eat more
the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me
[edited]water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order, not advice obviously
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me
sorry to jump in do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through
nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking
if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals
has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better
escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose, ill dig out the number
while im here if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber
