magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

CO

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, from memory
new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation

CH

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

CH

coming back to this the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me, thats one data point

the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

hope it settles

CH

is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast

SO

dont push through

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine

CH

started shedding hair around month 13, does it stop

SO

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

CH

has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better

CH

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

TF

whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything

RR

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

day two is the worst

RT

update on the earlier thing how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you

📉2
MC

for the archive is the nausea meant to be worst around day 3 or is that just me

RR

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move, i could be wrong

RT

right so eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

right so nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

QH

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question, we shall see

CH

my injection site itched for three days, normal

CC

sorry to jump in ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

CC

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

im at week 23 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem
escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

CH

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline
