update after going down a rung nothing in my notes is advice, it is one person and one log, and i was wrong about the cause twice
what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed
did reducing the dose actually help the symptoms or just delay them
dont push through
smaller meals helped
reporting a bad week if something is frightening rather than annoying, that is a different conversation and not one for a chat log, i am not a clinician and neither is the channel

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging
the day after was consistently worse than the day of, for about three steps, then it stopped, that is one person
