ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at
#side-effects 2025-12-08
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move
day two is the worst
taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back
is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea
water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order
my injection site itched for three days, normal
site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it, ymmv
started shedding hair around month 21, does it stop
magnesium
thats not a chat question
eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, n of 1 obviously
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle
is the nausea meant to be worst around day 2 or is that just me
if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern
sorry to jump in powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline
[edited]reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber
severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question
if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals
has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better
nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking, i could be wrong
hope it settles
