update from 7 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle

for the archive if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

SD

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question, thats one data point

MM

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

🎉2🤝123

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

SF

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

[edited]

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

MM

has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose

EE

follow up taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

📈1👀1

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern, we shall see

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3
NP

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

*VendorInvestigate not the other one

for the archive whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything

👍2🧪2

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation, ill dig out the number

same at week 3

GB

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

my resting heart rate is up about 7 bpm, is that a known thing

EE

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it, i think

EE

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking, take that with a pinch of salt

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

PP

quick one fibre before pills
ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

PF

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline, your mileage will differ
a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

started shedding hair around month 18, does it stop

PF

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
