freeze thaw cycling is the risk, not one freeze. that is my read of it anyway
update from 25 months ago: replaced the fridge, temperature is stable, no more anxiety

i left a reconstituted vial out overnight once, sent it for testing out of curiosity, it came back fine

unopened and in-use in the same place is fine. just keep the in-use one where you can reach it
power cut with the door shut for a few hours is fine. a full fridge holds temperature surprisingly well

hotel minibars are frequently not cold enough. i take a thermometer, which is ridiculous and also correct
right so do you keep the unopened vials and the in-use one in the same place
does the amber vial thing matter or is it marketing
