blind at the point of the lab is what matters. the organiser knowing is a different and smaller problem, VendorInvestigate did the run
write it as lot, supplier, lab, date, purity, assay, and one sentence of context. that is a useful post, happy to submit the same lot elsewhere
what interests me is when the gap goes the same direction every time. once is noise, three times is a pattern, four lots before i would say anything
