- cold_chain_cmdr — how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me 10:55
- cold_chain_cmdr — coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5 13:12
- mg_per_ml — the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number 14:03
- mg_per_ml — did going from 7.5 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone at 15 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win 14:40
SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted
titrate slow
my PeptideMeter result on a JEEP vial came in at 99.2 which is why i keep buying from them
slightly off topic but the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
restarted at 2.5 after 18 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
the 20 vial in 0.5ml gives 2mg/ml which puts 10 on 5 units, nice round numbers
quick one GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
plateaued at 18 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
15 is the top
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
held 10 for 16 months and lost 19kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
follow up anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
im at 7.5 and thinking about 10, did anyone gain anything from that step
[edited]coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line, ill dig out the number
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
went back to semaglutide after 26 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, thats one data point
did going from 7.5 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
at 15 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 18
while im here SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial
