Highlights from this day
  • month_six_me — quick one anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses my Janoshik result on a ERP vial came in at 98.1 which is why i keep buying from them 17:43
  • month_six_me — went back to semaglutide after 17 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI 18:03
  • VialBot — Digest for the week of 2024-04-25 has been published. 19:38
RR

restarted at 2.5 after 24 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists, i think
SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted

RR

switched from 0.5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it

plateaued at 23 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

AP

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

AP

i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 3 months at 7.5 not needing more

no clean conversion

i sat at 7.5 for 12 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from

AP

the 5 vial in 3ml gives 8mg/ml which puts 2.5 on 8 units, nice round numbers

at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that, take that with a pinch of salt

the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works

LU

im at 2.5 and thinking about 2.4, did anyone gain anything from that step

TT

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar

went back to semaglutide after 17 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI

NT

coming back to this £185 for a 2 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later

BB

does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving

BB

i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me

VB

titrate slow

how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you

AP

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did, happy to be corrected

*week 32 not week 5
