plateaued at 6 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

- private_script_pri — the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works 12:24
- aliquot_ada — 5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me 13:10
- aliquot_ada — right so did going from 0.25 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone 14:10
- marrow.mod — follow up SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted 16:11
- slow.taper — ok so did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it 17:02

slightly off topic but im at 7.5 and thinking about 0.25, did anyone gain anything from that step
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
went back to semaglutide after 15 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
follow up anyone got a 4 recon they like for the 10 vials
switched last year
right so did going from 0.25 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
SURMOUNT is weight
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)GIP plus GLP-1
the 40 vial in 2ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 10 on 5 units, nice round numbers
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
slightly off topic but i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
restarted at 2.5 after 20 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving
follow up SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
titrate slow
at 2.5 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
easier gi for me
ok so did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
