Highlights from this day
  • void_volume — unrelated but licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does the sweet spot argument is really about effect per… 20:06
  • septum_sal — at 5 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win, i could be wrong 20:15
  • u100_pat — how many weeks at 7.5 before you knew it was enough dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line 20:59
  • month_six_me — the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 9 21:19
  • month_six_me — my PeptideMeter result on a Homopeptide vial came in at 98.6 which is why i keep buying from them 21:42

switched last year

SV

while im here does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving

SV

slightly off topic but SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up

VV

unrelated but did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect

the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number

[edited]
VV

is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects

update on the earlier thing is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule

U1

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar

U1

how many weeks at 7.5 before you knew it was enough
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line

DD

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

DD

at 0.25 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up

same plateau here

the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 9

Trial scheduleWhat most people here do
Step interval4 weeks, fixed4-12 weeks, on symptoms
Holdingprotocol deviationnormal and expected
Top dosereached by designoften never reached
Coming downnot studiedcommon at maintenance

unrelated but is the 30 vial the common one or do people use 40

MS

held 10 for 26 months and lost 30kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

NP

follow up changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

MS

my PeptideMeter result on a Homopeptide vial came in at 98.6 which is why i keep buying from them

🧊6🎉15

ok so coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
