- VialBot — Inter-lab diff for lot SG-1177: 98.6% vs 99.2%. Within expected range. 22:26
- bolus_bo — im at 2.4 and thinking about 5, did anyone gain anything from that step 23:27
- bolus_bo — genuine question my Medutest result on a JEEP vial came in at 99.2 which is why i keep buying from them at 10 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step,… 23:30
- peak_split — anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months 23:58
anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier, happy to be corrected

SURMOUNT is weight
is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
at 2.4 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
at 12 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
the 10 vial in 2.5ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 5 on 10 units, nice round numbers
coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
GIP plus GLP-1
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
15 is the top
checked the units twice
is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
titrate slow
folklore probably
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later, i think
switched last year
back after 8 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
*2ml not 2.5
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
slightly off topic but plateaued at 14 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table, happy to be corrected
does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start
follow up the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 16
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
went back to semaglutide after 11 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, your mileage will differ
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line
10 was enough
switched from 12 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing
im at 2.4 and thinking about 5, did anyone gain anything from that step

held 10 for 2 months and lost 26kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
