there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing, i could be wrong

- LC_MS_Lena — i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did, someone check my working 03:25
- week_three_wall — how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump 03:26
- nhs_pathway_nell — 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later 04:56
- lean_mass_lex — the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact, i have it written down somewhere 09:38
- bea_reconstitutes — my VendorInvestigate result on a JEEP vial came in at 98.1 which is why i keep buying from them 09:49
SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial
start low anyway
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
titrate slow
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
GIP plus GLP-1

coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
update on the earlier thing how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
no clean conversion
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
€38 for a 30 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
held 10 for 17 months and lost 44kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 22
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up, i have it written down somewhere
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
went back to semaglutide after 25 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
unrelated but does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
10 was enough
40 units of a 2 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time, your mileage will differ
switched from 2 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
folklore probably
whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher
does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving
anyone got a 2.5 recon they like for the 30 vials
restarted at 2.5 after 18 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
easier gi for me
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
did going from 0.25 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact, i have it written down somewhere
15 is the top
my VendorInvestigate result on a JEEP vial came in at 98.1 which is why i keep buying from them
5 did nothing
back after 20 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that, ill dig out the number
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
