SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial

5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me

checked the units twice

why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10

went back to semaglutide after 4 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI

NP

at 0.5 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start

RR

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table

TT

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

folklore probably

[edited]

for the archive is the 10 vial the common one or do people use 40

quick one does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving

for the archive GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

im at 1.7 and thinking about 0.25, did anyone gain anything from that step

TT

i sat at 7.5 for 12 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from, i think

RR

7.5 gang

wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)
RR

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

RR

ok so the 30 vial in 1ml gives 4mg/ml which puts 0.25 on 40 units, nice round numbers
