checked the units twice

- marrow.mod — im at 7.5 and thinking about 2.5, did anyone gain anything from that step 12:32
- chlorhex — i sat at 7.5 for 14 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from 14:56
- chlorhex — i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 13 months at 7.5 not needing more 15:03
- gip_glp_gil — how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump 17:02
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
switched last year
unrelated but if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
while im here the 5 vial in 2ml gives 8mg/ml which puts 15 on 10 units, nice round numbers, ymmv
im at 7.5 and thinking about 2.5, did anyone gain anything from that step
held 10 for 24 months and lost 26kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
folklore probably
[edited]update on the earlier thing is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
how many weeks at 7.5 before you knew it was enough
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later, thats just me
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
follow up the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact, i have it written down somewhere
7.5 gang
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
start low anyway
easier gi for me
15 is the top
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
for the archive does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that, thats one data point
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
anyone got a 4 recon they like for the 20 vials
£38 for a 10 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year, n of 1 obviously
switched from 1.7 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up, thats just me
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line
i sat at 7.5 for 14 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 13 months at 7.5 not needing more
restarted at 2.5 after 4 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
plateaued at 3 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
40 units of a 10 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time, happy to be corrected
same plateau here
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
5 did nothing
GIP plus GLP-1
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
