Highlights from this day
  • meniscus_mel — dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found 09:20
  • VialBot — Batch lookup A-2418: 5 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-01-12. 11:57
  • never_for_sale — is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect 12:28
  • bac_water_bill — there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing, still working it out 12:34

titrate slow

at 2.4 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up

MM

dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

15 is the top

OB

does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start

OB

the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 17

Batch lookup A-2418: 5 independent reports on file, earliest 2025-01-12.

NF

is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

*Medutest not the other one

i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 23 months at 7.5 not needing more

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing, still working it out

The head-to-head everyone quotes. Note the semaglutide comparator dose.

plateaued at 2 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific, ask me again in a month

DD

update on the earlier thing 40 units of a 4 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time, ask me again in a month

DD

the 20 vial in 0.5ml gives 5mg/ml which puts 5 on 8 units, nice round numbers
